One North Division

This 4-story, 300,000-square-foot former department store was renovated by Granger’s design/build team into a Class A office building for the State of Michigan. We provided a unique financing structure - negotiating a long-term lease with the State of Michigan and selling bonds to cover the cost of the building and renovation, ultimately transferring ownership to the City of Grand Rapids.
