Michigan House of Representatives

The Michigan House of Representatives office building was built to consolidate the three separate locations of the Representatives. The Granger Group renovated the existing building and built a new structure across the street – connecting the two with a 7-story bridge. Granger was selected because of their ability to complete the project with a guaranteed price and schedule as well as a unique financing vehicle that did not impact the State’s bonding capacity.
