Mason City Hall

The City of Mason project consists of the city hall and police department including council chambers, community center, administrative office, a sally port and locker rooms. To assist the City in achieving their project as it was originally imagined, Granger Group led them through its intensive 2-day design envisioning and feasibility study. At its conclusion, both the City's Planning Department and City Council unanimously agreed to cancel their original contract with a general contractor and award it to the Granger Group, stating, "We received more information in 2 days than we received in 7 months with the original team."
